Anushka was in 2010's "Badmash Company" alongside Shahid Kapoor Meiyang Chang, Vir Das. The movie got mixed reviews. Anushka was also seen alongside Ranveer in the film 'Band Baaja Baaraat' in which she portrayed a Punjabi middle class girl who started her own business. This movie was well received and was a huge success. The Band Baaja Baaraat anushka's three-film agreement under the Yash Raj Films banner was final.
